How to build clay brick factory ?

Step 1: Raw material selection and test .

 

Coal gangue

Shale

Hill soil

River pond silt

Sludge

Construction waste

The Chemical composition and physical properties (including internal combustion calorific value, etc.) of the raw
materials to be used shall be tested before the plant is built.

Step 2: Select what kind of bricks to produce based on your market study.



Step 3: Select what kind of raw material processing equipment and Vacuum extruder equipment based on
your raw material and brick design.

The equipment includes material feeding, cleaning, crushing, mixing, aging, extruding, brick cutting and stacking etc. 
Step 4:Brick drying and firing.
If brick capacity and buyer's budget is not so high , bricks can be dried and fired by local oven .
If brick capacity and buyer's budget is enough, bricks can be dried and fired by tunnel kiln or rotary tunnel kiln .

Q: How much tunnel kiln ? 

A: You can inform us your brick size,green brick weight,extruder capacity,green brick daily capacity,kiln car size etc.
Then we would make design for you and send you budget list.

Q: What is the fuel in kiln ? 

A: Heavy oil, diesel oil, coal, gas etc.

Q: Can i only build dryer without kiln ? 

A: No. Because usually dryer need energy to dry bricks, then go to kiln for firing. The drying energy is from kiln brick cooling stage.
 

 Q:How much USD i can open one brick factory ? 

A: Different capacity brick factory, investment is not same. We can provide you budget list once you send enquiry to us.
